What You'll Learn

  1. Experiencing Body Image

Why is it so common for women to experience negative thoughts and feelings about our bodies? Emma Schmidt discusses where these negative messages come from and why they have such a strong hold on our lives.
  2. Talking To Ourselves

The way we talk to ourselves perpetuates how we feel about ourselves. Emma Schmidt educates about the relationship of our thoughts to our feelings and behaviors.
  3. Showing Up Naked

Being naked is one of the most vulnerable things you can do. Emma Schmidt explains that we give more power to the anxiety we experience about our bodies if we avoid looking at ourselves. Let’s begin to look at ourselves in a different way!
  4. Feeling Ourselves

Body image can have a major impact on our sexual experiences. Emma Schmidt helps us realize that if we are in our head then we aren’t in our body to truly feel our sensations or desires.
  5. Self-Love Challenge

Change your language today! Emma Schmidt teaches how become even more compassionate toward yourself.
